Instructions
Pan Fry Place bacon rashers in a hot pan.
Fry over medium heat, turning frequently until desired crispness.
OVEN ROAST � 200� C � 12 � 15 minutes Preheat oven to 200� C.
Place bacon rashers onto a baking tray. Do not overlap the bacon rashers.
Roast in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
Remove from the oven and drain on kitchen paper towel.

Keep refrigerated 1�C to 5�C Suitable for home freezing
Ingredients
Pork, water, salt and food additive (tri and
diphosphates (E451 and E450), sugars, sodium
erythorbate (E316), seasonings (meat flavor/meat extract),
sodium nitrite (E250) on salt as carrier, potassium nitrate
(E252).
ONCE SEAL IS BROKEN USE WITHIN 2 DAYS.
