Holstein Meats primary business is the wholesale supply of fresh and processed meats to the South African hospitality and catering industry. Situated adjacent to ORT International Airport, coupled with our own fleet of refrigerated trucks, Holstein Meats is capable of national distribution as well as supporting various International supply requirements.

While only A-Grade meat is used, Holstein Meats is currently adopting HACCP standards and is working towards full accreditation to HACCP and ISO standards.

As part of our continuous improvement programme, Holstein Meats makes use of external, accredited food laboratories, to continually validate and improve the quality of food hygiene, shelf life and food preparation standards.

Working very closely to our existing customer base, Holstein Meats is proud to be able to assist in innovative recipe generation, new and unique customer specific products, as well as our existing product assortment of close to 300 processed meat items. Apart from processed foods, Holstein Meats also has bulk cold storage facilities, which allows us to offer bulk specials on local and imported products.
