Product Details

Rolled Pancetta is produced from pork belly. Pancetta is commonly served as a cold cut, sliced thin and eaten raw. It can also be used in a delicious Carbonara Pasta.

It consists of salt, sugars, spices, antioxidants.

No added allergens.

Rolled Pork Belly cured for 3 to 5 months in special cellars. It has a mild taste and is ideal for cooking. Use to flavour pasta sauces, risottos and meat dishes. Can also be thinly sliced and served on a fresh roll making a succulent sandwich.
